Trump to ex-chief strategist: I want to thank Steve Bannon for his service

American President, Donald Trump appreciated the ousted chief White House strategist, Stephen Bannon, Saturday after his exited.

Trump tweeted, “I want to thank Steve Bannon for his service. He came to the campaign during my run against Crooked Hillary Clinton – it was great! Thanks S”.

This being the first reaction from Mr. President after the announcement of the Bannon’s resignation.

Bannon is a mixture of Democrats point of views, a nationalist part of him often greeted with disapproval from White House.

Shortly after Stephen Bannon’s resignation announcement on Friday, report hit news-stand of his intention to return to conservative online media outlet, Breitbart.

Bannon, the White House Chief Strategist was the first to be so appointed. His office was created in December 2016 by President Trump.

The position which does not require Senate confirmation, was one of the President of the United States’ closest advisors. His duty included to execute the administration’s long-term agenda and providing counsel to the President on all critical matters.

Bannon filled the position after Trump created the office, vacating is position as the campaign CEO.
