Buhari speaks from London to confirm he’s not speech impaired…Presidency releases recording

In a bid to convince Nigerians that President Muhammad Buhari is not having problem speaking, the presidency has released his audio recording.

The internet went agog with news that Mr. Buhari was not able to speak and has lost memory.

President Buhari left Nigeria for medical vacation 50 days ago, and handed over his office to his vice, Yemi Osinbajo.

Since the release of the audio, some media, both radio and online, has uploaded and aired the it including BBC.

The recording voiced a man, purportedly Buhari, felicitating with Nigerians on celebration of Eid-el Fitr, as well as thanking them for their unflinching prayers for his well-being.

He purported Buhari’s recording also contains admonished Nigerian citizens to stop spreading hate speech as well as actions capable of disuniting the country.

Two sources from Presidency had last Saturday confirmed ‘Buhari’s return in within a week’.
