The Kogi State governorship election tribunal sitting in Abuja is set to deliver judgments in petitions filed by different candidates in the last governorship election held in the state.
While the immediate past governor of the state, Captain Idris Wada is challenging the election that produces Yahaya Bello, Hon. James Faleke is asking the tribunal to declare him the next governor of the state after the death of Prince Abubakar Audu of the All Progressive Congress, who was coasting home to victory in the election before he died suddenly.
Faleke was late Audu’s deputy in the elction. The tribunal fixed this morning for judgement after listening to arguments from parties in the matter.
