Kwara Govt extends total lockdown for another 14days

The government of Kwara State has extended the lockdown and movements restriction imposed in the state for another 14 days in a bid to curb the spread of COVID-19 infection.

The governor of the state, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, stated this in Ilorin while speaking with journalists shortly after the flagoff of the Conditional Cash Transfer for the people of the state, FELLOW PRESS reports.

Meanwhile, Nigerian Governors has also taken a unanimous decision to extend interstate restriction for another 2 weeks to contain the spread of novel Covid-19 pandemic.
