The Court of Appeal, Abuja on Wednesday dismissed 15 out of 18-court charge bordering on false declaration of assets levelled against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

The reports according to Punch said the panel set in the Court of Appeal maned by three judges and led by Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson jointly ordered Saraki to return to the Tribunal and face the remaining three charges.

Reacting to the developement, Saraki’s legal team said it would appeal the three other charges at the Supreme Court.

Saraki’s trial had been unanimously thrown out by the Justice Danladi Umar-led panel of tribunal for failure of government to provide adequate and essential elements to substantiate the allegations.
