Crying Kim Kardashian consoled by Kanye West over new sex tape fears

Kim Kardashian was consoled by estranged husband Kanye West as she fought to stop an ‘unreleased’ sex tape with Ray J being released online.

Although Kim said she was ’99 percent sure’ that there was no further footage that could be leaked, she was still left afraid that her ex-boyfriend could have filmed content when she was sleeping.

In the debut episode of rebooted series The Kardashians on Thursday, the 41-year-old reality star sobbed as she received threats from Ray J’s manager that more sex tape footage was set to be leaked just days after son Saint, six, had seen an advert about ‘unreleased footage’.

Kim and Ray J’s sex tape was made in 2002 when the couple were dating and was leaked in February 2007, while Keeping Up With the Kardashians was starting production.

At the time, Kim sued Vivid Entertainment, the company that distributed the tape as Kim Kardashian, Superstar, though she later dropped the lawsuit and received a reported $5 million settlement.

While chatting away with sisters Kourtney and Khloe and mother Kris, Kim received a call from power lawyer Marty Singer informing her that there had been threats there is more footage to come.

He explained: ‘Our legal rights are she can sue anyone who releases the tape, if it even exists. They have no legal right to release the tape without her consent.’

Speaking in a confessional, Kim said: ‘For 20 years this has been held over my head, of this mistake, or is it a mistake? This was my boyfriend of years. We go on a trip, we film a video. It’s embarrassing for that to be out there, but it’s not the most scandalous thing and I’m not going to be made to feel this way. I’m just human.’

She added: ‘I’m 99% sure there’s no new footage, but the fact these people keep saying they have a tape. What if I was f*ing sleeping and he stuck a dildo up my a? I don’t know.’

Khloe attempted to lighten the mood by joking she hoped Kim would wake up from that, and noting that as the family had to deal with Kim’s sex tape in the very first episode of their reality series that it was a ‘good omen’ that they’d come full circle.

Kim then warned Marty to ‘scare the s**t,’ out of Ray J’s manager, vowing to sue because the message is more important than dollars and she’s protecting herself for her children’s sake.

Earlier in the episode, Kim was left shocked as she saw Saint laughing at his iPad while playingthe children’s game Roblox. only to see a picture of her crying face on the screen captioned ‘Kim’s new sex tape’.
