Dammy Krane appears before Maimi court for credit card fraud on August 1
Nigeria hip pop singer, Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, better known as Dammy Krane will be appearing for trial on August 1 for allegation of credit card fraud and identity fraud in the United States.

The 25 year old was arrested in Maimi alongside handler, one Chukwuebuka, who was first released before Dami Krane. His last media update was on July 23, when he was released on bail.
A close source hinted FELLOW PRESS, with verified documents that the singer will face trial on Tuesday August 1 at the Justice Building, Room 4-3 with Courtney Erik as his defense attorney and Migiel De La O as the judge.
This is also verified according to the Miami-Dade County Criminal Justice Online System.
Court shall sit for Dammy Krane trial at 9:15am on Tuesday.

Dammy Krane was arrested and booked on the 2nd of June for theft, credit card and identity fraud in Miami. He was released a few days after he pleaded not guilty to the charges and met his bail condition that was set at $7,500

Chukwuebuka and Dammy Krane
The singer was arrested for credit card theft on June 2, 2017. Barely one month after bail he woul be facing trial.
Dammy Krane, however denied his involvement in the crime, blaming his agent for using the fraudulent credit card for booking flight.
He also posted a less-than-a-minute video, to clear the air, saying: “First of all I want to thank God and I want to use this medium to apologise to my family, my team and my fans”.
“You know I was arrested by the Miami PD for fraud. I do not do fraud and I do not partake in such activities its just happens to be that the agent just booked my flight with fraudulent cards. My life is all about my music and that is all I’m about.”
Dammy Krane did not however did not address the issue of multiple credit cards found on him during the arrest. Watch the video below:
