Tinubu Vows Justice for Bad Actors, Promises Enhanced National Security

President Bola Tinubu has reiterated his administration’s determination to uphold law and order by ensuring that individuals undermining Nigeria’s peace and stability face justice.

Speaking through the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, at the graduation ceremony for the Executive Intelligence Management Course 17 at the National Institute for Security Studies in Abuja, Tinubu sent a strong warning to those involved in criminal activities.

“If you are a bad man, whether you are inside Nigeria or outside, you are in trouble. We will go after you. We will bring you to justice,” he declared.

The President reaffirmed his commitment to bolstering security across the nation and emphasized his zero tolerance for impunity.

Synergy Among Security Agencies

The Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Adeọla Ajayi, also addressed the event, stressing the importance of collaboration among Nigeria’s security agencies. He highlighted the progress made under Tinubu’s administration in fostering inter-agency cooperation.

“Together, we can win. The CDS and NSA have driven synergy in a way I have never seen in my career,” Ajayi noted, adding that such coordination is critical to resolving Nigeria’s security challenges.

Ajayi assured Nigerians of improved security, stating, “Very soon, all Nigerians will sleep with their two eyes closed. Thank the President for the direction you are taking the country.”

He also expressed gratitude to Tinubu for his appointment as DSS Director-General, promising unwavering dedication to his duties.

Focus on Security and Stability

President Tinubu’s administration has prioritized strengthening the nation’s security architecture by fostering collaboration among the military, intelligence agencies, and other stakeholders.

The event highlighted the administration’s ongoing efforts to address insecurity, including combating terrorism, curbing organized crime, and promoting peace across Nigeria.

These statements reflect the government’s commitment to ensuring that Nigerians enjoy safety and stability, a critical cornerstone of Tinubu’s leadership vision.
